Our 8 week sessions always start on a Saturday. We call that our “Kickoff” day and we begin by weighing and measuring you, taking before pictures and doing a light physical fitness test (just to see where you are starting from so that you can compare at the end of the 8 week session). At the end of the assessment, Mr. Lenderman, the creator of the program, goes into the nutrition part of the program and discusses how to eat and what to eat, also he talks about our path to transformation.
The class is held 6 days a week and we encourage our students to come to as many or all that you can so you can get the best results. We alternate between a cardio kickboxing type of class and resistance band training. The cardio is for fat burning and the resistance bands are for shaping. We are also introducting “Cage Fittness” into the program. It is a total body workout and adds a whole new level of fun and challenges. The time of the classes are 6pm Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings at 10am. We also have an 8pm class Monday -Thurs, then the classes are combined so we just have the one class on Friday Night at 6 and Saturday mornings at 10:00. The classes are on the same cycle so if you miss the 6:00pm you can jump into the 8:00pm.

We are starting our session on Saturday August 20th, but its not to late to still join us. We will accept new students in the first week, so if you are thinking about it, but thought you missed it…. come on in here and we”ll get you started.
Eat, drink and be Merry this summer, but remember Fall will be here before you know it. Our next session starts August 20 which will take you right into the fall season. Look and feel the best you have for this years Holiday season.
